Jessica was super attentive and did A LOT of leg work to make the home buying process very seamless and stress free! She accommodated our hours for house showings, referred us to vendors when we mentioned wanting to make fixes on our new home, and gave us a lot of good information on comps, lenders, turning it into a future rental, etc. It is hard to balance work, school, and home buying, but Jess was eager to make sure we had everything in line to make the process as painless as possible. She was always offering to help and, on several occasions, sent correspondence to our lender to make sure everything was in order. I expressed interest in buying a home over a year ago and for that entire year, she was on standby to send me properties, answer questions, and talk me through the home buying process. She is very knowledgeable and such a hard worker. We would have never made it through the home buying process without her.

Jessica did an amazing job helping us find our rental property. We ran into Jess when she showed us one of her other listings, which just was not a fit for us. With three renters who needed their own bedroom/bathroom and two dogs, finding a house to rent was not an easy task. During this showing, she educated us on the rental/realtor process and offered to help us. Taking her up on this offer was the best decision we made. She was willing to schedule viewings on both evenings and weekends, and addressed every single question/concern that we had. She eventually found a house that we didn't even see on the market that ended up checking all of our boxes. We have now lived here for almost two weeks and could not be happier.
