Marta helped us purchase a very nice home for an excellent price. She listened carefully to our description of what we were looking for and then found several great candidate homes. During inspection of the homes, she provided insightful comments and also warnings if she considered something problematic. When it came to making an offer, she supported us in the negotiation (saving us a considerable amount of money), and made the process smooth and painless. Throughout, she responded quickly, and at no point did we feel that she was pushing us towards purchasing a home we did not truly like. We will certainly work with Marta again when the occasion arises. We highly recommend her.

Jessica was excellent from day 1. She was seemingly always available to view listings or answer questions, and she provided sound advice without being pushy or steering toward the easiest settlement. We had some issues with the lender, and Jessica literally held the deal together despite many obstacles she had no part in creating. I would recommend Jessica to any buyer or seller, regardless of their level of experience. As someone who's been a party to many transactions, I've never been more impressed with an agent's ability or commitment. I'll definitely be a return client.

Jessica was very response from the beginning. I contacted several realtors before I came across her information. Other realtors never responded to my inquires or followed up to schedule a time to meet. Jessica responded to my inquires right away. She never seemed bothered by all the questions that I had as a first time home buyer. She negotiated a great deal and wasnt afraid to ask for the most possible. I truly appreciate all that she did and continues to do for me. Jessica is the agent for you if you are looking for someone who wants you to be happy and confident with your real estate choices.

She knows her way around rebates and refunds and local issues and even reached out to my loan officer, my work contacts for the live where you work grant and lots of other people to make sure we stayed on track. Marta is truly an exceptional real estate agent. She doesn't just help you find the right home, she is there with you throughout the whole process and that's really critical given the so many unknowns that are involved in purchasing a property. To highlight some of her unique qualities: (1) She listens carefully and really adapts her search to what *you* want, not what she thinks you should buy. At the same time, she gives you smart tips. (2) She is patient beyond measure. There is never a feeling that she is trying to rush you through the process, or that she will be disappointed if you end up not buying a property. There's enough pressure involved in buying a new house, so it's important not to have an agent who emotionally blackmails you! (3) Apart from finding you the right property, she is quite knowledgeable about the rest of the process. The time between signing a contract and settling can be really stressful with so much to do in terms of securing a loan, getting inspection and repairs done in a timely manner, making sure the insurance is in order, etc. And something invariably goes wrong somewhere in this process. Marta is the kind of agent who stays on top of things and picks up other people's slack, and for me that was priceless. In summary, I loved working with Marta, and I will definitely seek her help in the future for buying and selling other properties.

Jessica went above and beyond to help us find a home to rent in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore. She was well prepared for all of the showings and remained patient as we weighed our options and finally made our decision. She was very prompt at responding to emails and did a great job coordinating with the landlord/property management company. She was helpful when asked to explain the rental agreement and helped clear up our last minute questions. It was a pleasant and fun experience that I don't think we would have gotten with just any realtor. I will be using Jessica again and will recommend her to friends and family looking for a great realtor.
