I signed the contract for sale in February, but didn't close until August because the house was still under construction. I moved here from Florida and did not know all the different neighborhoods in Baltimore. I did research online about local agents and wanted someone who lived in the city for a long period of time and that was successful. I picked Jessica and very happy that I did. I had a set amount of money, yet looking for features generally above my range. We went through home after hone and did not find what I was interested in. She kept at it and we kept going through houses until we found the right one. I was pretty firm on the offer I could place, yet the unit I wanted was much higher than my limit. Jessica worked the deal, back and forth and was able to get the house within budget. Her attention to detail and her great communication skills always kept me in the loop. She worked around my schedule. She made the busying experience enjoyable. Would use her again and would highly recommend.
