Chris is very knowledgeable of the local market and has put together an impressively efficient team supporting all aspects of the sale. His marketing process is truly excellent and could not have worked better with us - a professional photographer, high visibility and many showings, resulting in offers within a couple of weeks on the market and even over the Holidays! His contractors are promptly available. His admin and settlement staff experienced and responsive. That alone makes for a great agent and I have not mentioned his best quality yet... Chris is extremely professional, honest, open, rigorous and fair, all of which are qualities always advertised with Realtors but very seldom truly found to the degree that Chris embodies them.

Chris Cooke and his whole team were a pleasure to work with. Time on the market and sale price were right in line with what Chris estimated they would be. Listing photos and marketing materials were beautiful and represented the property well. <br/><br/>The whole process was easy and everyone was very respectful of showing instructions and always gave adequate notice of showings, inspections, etc. <br/><br/>Weekly updates of showing activity and feedback were sent and Chris was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We are very satisfied with Chris Cooke and his entire team.
