It is hard to capture fully how good of experience we had with Marta as our real estate agent. It probably sounds over the top, but I truly cannot imagine working with anyone better! Marta was honest and open, even bridling my enthusiasm a bit in a kind but very needed way, which would have led me to a house originally that wasn't good for us. She listened and understood us and found the right house for us. She was a DELIGHT to work with, personally and professionally, very responsive, on top of things throughout the whole process - definitely an expert at what she does. She was soothing and positive during the hard bits, helping us to maintain faith that we would sell our house and find the right one for us too - all of which happened during this time of a very difficult market. I don't know if we would have been able to do any of it without her, and even if we did, I know it would have been much harder. Thank god for Marta. Thank God! She went way beyond all of that, though, guiding us with contractors to make changes that we wanted to our new house, something that we would have struggled to figure out without her. In every way imaginable, I cannot recommend her enough.
