We cannot say enough GREAT things about working with Jessica. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns. She was always available to answer quick questions on the phone or through text. Houses moved incredibly fast during our home search and Jessica did an excellent job getting us showings as soon as possible. We really appreciated her dedication as offers were written and presented in a very timely manner. Jessica is very knowledgeable about the entire process and went to bat for us in negotiations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy a house in the Baltimore area!

I am so lucky to have had Jessica as a realtor ...and a guide... and a resource... and a partner for my first home buying journey. Everything was so.... easy? I'm honestly surprised at how clear and honest the process was. I think I went into it expecting a challenge, maybe hidden fees or not understanding what was going on. Jessica was invaluable to us as we arrived in the USA after emigrating from the UK in May 2018. We needed to find that 'needle in a haystack' rental for two dogs and fenced in garden in our ideal neighborhood that was available now! She did it! She was tenacious and professional as well as personable and thoughtful. She listened to our needs and liaised with the property management company on our behalf. When we go to buy next year we will be sure to enlist her services again with confidence. Her recent award is not surprising given her obvious commitment to her work and engaging manner. Choosing Jessica as my realtor was one of the best decisions I made during my home buying process. She has a great knowledge of the Baltimore area and the homebuying process. Jessica Nonn definitely deserves 5 stars! She immediately responded to my first phone call about a house I fell in love with. I was referred to Jessica by a good friend and need to find a house in a very short time frame. Jessica was very confident and reassuring that she would be able to find me a house and close on it before the lease on my apartment was up ....and she did just that! She was patient with me as we look at more houses then I can count until I found the right one for me. Once I was ready to place an offer she really went to bat for me and got the best deal possible. I am so amazed at her persistence and negotiation skills when it was so crucial. I would definitely recommend her for your agent, not only is she really nice, she will always let you know she is all about what is best for you!
