Jessica was very response from the beginning. I contacted several realtors before I came across her information. Other realtors never responded to my inquires or followed up to schedule a time to meet. Jessica responded to my inquires right away. She never seemed bothered by all the questions that I had as a first time home buyer. She negotiated a great deal and wasnt afraid to ask for the most possible. I truly appreciate all that she did and continues to do for me. Jessica is the agent for you if you are looking for someone who wants you to be happy and confident with your real estate choices.

Jessica was exceptionally helpful in our hunt for a row-home rental in Baltimore. She was always responsive, gave honest opinions, and had amazing patience for the pickiness and frequent changes of mind my wife and I are susceptible to. Jessica was also able to answer our many, many questions about buying and renting knowledgeably and thoughtfully. Most importantly (in my opinion) she accomplished this while never coming across as pushy or overbearing. I will undoubtedly go back to her when I look to buy or rent again.

Jessica is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is so personable and charismatic. She knows how to listen to your needs/wants for your future home and delivers just that! She has a great balance of being a go getter but also knows when to step back and listen. I think that's so important when picking your realtor. You want someone who has your best interest at heart and isn't just in it to make a sale. Jessica is so knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate, and she knows this area like the back of her hand. I trust her and have already recommended her to multiple interested homebuyers. Jessica was excellent from day 1. She was seemingly always available to view listings or answer questions, and she provided sound advice without being pushy or steering toward the easiest settlement. We had some issues with the lender, and Jessica literally held the deal together despite many obstacles she had no part in creating. I would recommend Jessica to any buyer or seller, regardless of their level of experience. As someone who's been a party to many transactions, I've never been more impressed with an agent's ability or commitment. I'll definitely be a return client.

I was very impressed from day 1 when I met Jessica, she was so sweet, polite, and kind, I could tell she wasn't just in it for the money, she was very helpful if I didn't understand anything or if I was uncompfortable with a situation, she also was compfortable with giving me her personal advice which I thought was so cool and personal, my kids have adopted her as their new friend as well, they just love her, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a excellent Real Estate Agent.

Jessica went above and beyond to help us find a home to rent in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore. She was well prepared for all of the showings and remained patient as we weighed our options and finally made our decision. She was very prompt at responding to emails and did a great job coordinating with the landlord/property management company. She was helpful when asked to explain the rental agreement and helped clear up our last minute questions. It was a pleasant and fun experience that I don't think we would have gotten with just any realtor. I will be using Jessica again and will recommend her to friends and family looking for a great realtor.
