Jessica was exceptionally helpful in our hunt for a row-home rental in Baltimore. She was always responsive, gave honest opinions, and had amazing patience for the pickiness and frequent changes of mind my wife and I are susceptible to. Jessica was also able to answer our many, many questions about buying and renting knowledgeably and thoughtfully. Most importantly (in my opinion) she accomplished this while never coming across as pushy or overbearing. I will undoubtedly go back to her when I look to buy or rent again.

Ryan was the best choice for our first time home buying experience! Amazing patience, flexibility and knowledge when it came to the market, what to look for in a home and the areas we were searching in. He was extremely accessible and always responsive to any questions, big or small, that we had. Ryan had a team already assembled (lender, title, inspection, home insurance, etc) to help with the rest of the process and I could not imagine shopping around and connecting everyone together. I never would have thought the (first time) home buying process could have been so stress free and we have to largely attribute that to Jessica! She was accessible, responsive, and knowledgeable while also being approachable and making the process fun. Beginning the first time we met, Jessica took the time to explain what to expect during each step of the process, answer questions, and guide us in the right direction. All of the behind-the-scenes work she did allowed us to focus on one thing at a time and feel confident that we were taken care of. During negotiations, she served as a calming voice to my husband and I. Jessica truly cares about each of her clients and makes it her personal mission to find the perfect house for everyone she works with. We appreciated the wonderful team she recommended (lender, title attorney) but also never felt pressured by her while choosing companies, touring houses, putting in offers, etc. We are so thankful we had both a professional advisor and also friend while purchasing our first home. My husband and I instantly began highly recommending Jessica to friends looking to buy and will continue to do so with total confidence!

Jessica is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is so personable and charismatic. She knows how to listen to your needs/wants for your future home and delivers just that! She has a great balance of being a go getter but also knows when to step back and listen. I think that's so important when picking your realtor. You want someone who has your best interest at heart and isn't just in it to make a sale. Jessica is so knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate, and she knows this area like the back of her hand. I trust her and have already recommended her to multiple interested homebuyers. I was very impressed from day 1 when I met Jessica, she was so sweet, polite, and kind, I could tell she wasn't just in it for the money, she was very helpful if I didn't understand anything or if I was uncompfortable with a situation, she also was compfortable with giving me her personal advice which I thought was so cool and personal, my kids have adopted her as their new friend as well, they just love her, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a excellent Real Estate Agent.
