Steph is an exceptional realtor. She was very transparent and helped set expectations on the type of feedback we should expect in this market. Everything went smoothly until the last day when a homeless man broke in to our home 3 hours before settlement. Steph went above and beyond her role as realtor. She stayed at the property until a lock smith came and changed the locks and she was onsite to negotiate any fall out with the buyer. I highly recommend her as a listing agent.
