Jessica is a great person to work with. It is my husband's and my first time to buy a house and she was very eager to walk us from step 1 all the way to us receiving our keys to our first home. She made home buying less stressful than what we thought. She gave personal opinions and opinions as a professional but was not pushy. She made recommendations, but respected our own plans and choices. She helped us use our budget wisely and helped us get the best deals possible. She knows her field really well. She also knows a lot of professionals, organizations, and businesses that helped us in the home buying process. She is available almost 24/7 and responds to any of our questions. She is very easy to work with and I will definitely recommend her services to my family and friends who are thinking of purchasing a house.

Jessica was amazing! We started out looking for rental homes on our own and were lucky enough to come across Jessica who immediately offered to help us find a home. She set up a regular feed for us to receive daily listings and made herself available in the evenings and on the weekends to help us with our search. Jessica was incredibly responsive, honest, and offered candid advice- We are new to Baltimore so this mattered a great deal to us! We highly recommend Jessica- She is a tremendous resource!

Jessica was enthusiastic, hard-working, responsive, and knowledgeable. After a few months of looking at what felt like every house in the area, we finally settled on a somewhat non-traditional purchase of a home that was being gutted and rebuilt. Jessica helped us all through the process and the creation of a contract that would protect our interests and investment. After the initial contract was signed she continued to guide us all summer as the house was being completed and we were working with home design and completion timelines with the developer. Even after we moved in she has been in contact to make sure we were feeling happy and settled. Super impressive agent, would recommend her in a second.

Being a first time home buyer can be a little intimidating. Especially when your going with a FHA 203K loan to buy a small multifamily property. Luckily I found Jessica Nonn which made the process much easier than I had been anticipating. She works with both first time home buyers and also investors so any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with my first primary/investment property and couldn't have been more pleased with the service.
