Given that we are not familiar with the Baltimore market, Jessica helped us appreciate other neighborhoods that fit our investment needs and risk tolerance. She was very efficient in scheduling our time to look at all the properties that fit our needs. We did it in 1 day!!! She also is tech-savvy ... we used all forms of technology communications (email, text, facetime, conference calls). Very responsive.

I never would have thought the (first time) home buying process could have been so stress free and we have to largely attribute that to Jessica! She was accessible, responsive, and knowledgeable while also being approachable and making the process fun. Beginning the first time we met, Jessica took the time to explain what to expect during each step of the process, answer questions, and guide us in the right direction. All of the behind-the-scenes work she did allowed us to focus on one thing at a time and feel confident that we were taken care of. During negotiations, she served as a calming voice to my husband and I. Jessica truly cares about each of her clients and makes it her personal mission to find the perfect house for everyone she works with. We appreciated the wonderful team she recommended (lender, title attorney) but also never felt pressured by her while choosing companies, touring houses, putting in offers, etc. We are so thankful we had both a professional advisor and also friend while purchasing our first home. My husband and I instantly began highly recommending Jessica to friends looking to buy and will continue to do so with total confidence!

Jessica did a great job all around. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We were able to close on the house in a month without any hiccups. She did a great job communicating with the sellers agent and facilitated all necessary conversations.

Jessica was great during the whole process. She definitely worked around my schedule, as I often went to see homes in the evening or on weekends. Everything was explained to me well and she e-mailed back frequently when unavailable by phone.

Ryan was the best choice for our first time home buying experience! Amazing patience, flexibility and knowledge when it came to the market, what to look for in a home and the areas we were searching in. He was extremely accessible and always responsive to any questions, big or small, that we had. Ryan had a team already assembled (lender, title, inspection, home insurance, etc) to help with the rest of the process and I could not imagine shopping around and connecting everyone together. We were moving from California and flew in with a single week to find a house. Jessica had our time scheduled from the git-go, showed up at our AirBnB, and drove us around our preferred areas. I think we looked at 20 houses in just a few days before we narrowed things down! Jessica has boundless energy and never once made us feel like we needed to hurry up and decide. We returned to California to continue packing, and she handled all the groundwork in Baltimore for final seller repairs, title, and closing. I can't say how fortunate I feel we were in choosing Jessica to hold our hands through the whole process!
