Jessica was invaluable to us as we arrived in the USA after emigrating from the UK in May 2018. We needed to find that 'needle in a haystack' rental for two dogs and fenced in garden in our ideal neighborhood that was available now! She did it! She was tenacious and professional as well as personable and thoughtful. She listened to our needs and liaised with the property management company on our behalf. When we go to buy next year we will be sure to enlist her services again with confidence. Her recent award is not surprising given her obvious commitment to her work and engaging manner. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process from start to finish. She kept us up to date on all feedback we received from showings. Jessica was extremely supportive and patient throughout the home buying process. She helped my fiance and I start planning for our home purchase over a year in advance and even took extra steps to become partners with techer next door to assist us with extra grant money (that we ended up not using). She worked with a lender we chose during the beginning of the home buying process (even though she had a lender she liked more and we ended up closing the deal with) and stayed positive and optimistic even when we were losing hope on our dream home. Jessica made the home buying experience easy and answered any and all of our questions and was patient with frequent contact and long phone calls. I am glad we chose to have her represent us two years ago when we were looking for a rental and now for when we bought a new home. I would highly reccommend her for anyone looking for renting or owning a home in the baltimore metropolitan area.

I was referred to Jessica by a good friend and need to find a house in a very short time frame. Jessica was very confident and reassuring that she would be able to find me a house and close on it before the lease on my apartment was up ....and she did just that! She was patient with me as we look at more houses then I can count until I found the right one for me. Once I was ready to place an offer she really went to bat for me and got the best deal possible. I am so amazed at her persistence and negotiation skills when it was so crucial. I would definitely recommend her for your agent, not only is she really nice, she will always let you know she is all about what is best for you!

Jessica was very helpful from day one. She was referred to me by a trusted friend and I never second guessed the decision. She helped me find the first time home buyers classes that I needed. Once the classes were complete the rest was easy. Jessica always worked around my schedule as we went to look at houses 3 days a week. She always respected my expectations. If she didn't like the house she would recommend that I should move on. She was not going to allow me to buy something that was not up to par. Once I put an offer on my house, she worked her magic and got the seller to pay for all of the repairs that the inspector suggested. She also help me to get the seller to cover the closing cost. All I had to pay out of pocket was $1000. If you need a trust worthy and hard working realtor, look no further. Jessica is your gal.

I am so lucky to have had Jessica as a realtor ...and a guide... and a resource... and a partner for my first home buying journey. Everything was so.... easy? I'm honestly surprised at how clear and honest the process was. I think I went into it expecting a challenge, maybe hidden fees or not understanding what was going on. With Jessica, our first meeting was so awesome because we went over everything up front! I felt like I had options. I never felt pressure. Through the years, my husband and I have bought and sold several homes. Agents ranged from unethical to helpful. However, it is our recent experience of working is by far the best. We highly recommend Marta Lopushanka as your next real estate agent. New to the area and unfamiliar with Baltimore, Lopushanka first inquired about our goals and interests for acquiring a property. Hearing our answer, she gave us several tours of three possible areas. Once the right property was found and purchased, Lopushanka suggested the inspectors and contractors with whom she has a standing relationship. The team made suggestions of how to efficiently make improvements to have a cost-effective rental property. One by one, we implemented every suggestion she made. Working with Lopushanka is a pleasure on all levels. She listens, asks questions, clarifies what is said, makes excellent recommendations, and her responses are timely. We now look forward to working with her and ReSail max for help with property management.

Marta has been the most amazing agent I have ever worked with. Choosing Jessica as my realtor was one of the best decisions I made during my home buying process. She has a great knowledge of the Baltimore area and the homebuying process. She was extremely patient with my search and helped make suggestions based on what I was looking for. She was able to accommodate my need for a quick close and even when I decided to use a different lender than I originally planned, we got it done in time.
