We cannot say enough GREAT things about working with Jessica. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns. She was always available to answer quick questions on the phone or through text. Houses moved incredibly fast during our home search and Jessica did an excellent job getting us showings as soon as possible. We really appreciated her dedication as offers were written and presented in a very timely manner. Jessica is very knowledgeable about the entire process and went to bat for us in negotiations. If you're thinking about using Jessica as your real estate agent, stop thinking and do it. As first time home buyers we wanted to find a realtor that wouldn't take advantage of our naivete. From the moment Jessica answered our first phone call, she thoroughly explained everything to us as many times as it took us to understand. She worked around our tricky availability to schedule as many showings as possible to maximize our time together. While at each property, she would pay close attention to details that we wouldn't have thought to look at (windows, inside cabinets, HVAC units and their service history, etc.) and also referenced areas where we could do upgrades to gain equity down the line. When it came time to put in an offer, she had out-of-box ideas to add to the offer. She was aggressive on our behalf when the appraisal came in low and inevitably saved the deal and got us to closing. Jessica truly made home buying fun and stress-free for us and we look forward to working with her again in the future.
